Key Techniques for Compound Processing on Small Paths Part 5: A Reversal of Thinking
Pathway composite processing + rough processing! With a reverse idea, I intentionally made it look like a textured finish!
If we don't use a fine END, we cannot process the minimum diameter part, and with long tools, there will be vibrations, resulting in a rough processing surface. Before applying Teflon treatment, we shot blast the surface, and by thinking outside the box and intentionally creating a textured finish, we were able to reduce costs. In our aluminum small-diameter composite processing, we demonstrate significant effectiveness in processes that require jigs, such as multi-surface machining and drilling from inclined surfaces. 【Product Example】 ■Material: A5052 ■Process: Multi-axis machining (programming technology) ■Surface Treatment: Teflon coating ■Points ・Utilization of the finished surface (0.01) ・Fine processing ■Ensuring tolerances for critical areas: Differentiating tool usage for the finished surface *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
